Sales Operations Representative (Praha, Czech Republic)

A Japanese multinational trading company in the Czech Republic is currently recruiting a Sales Operations Representative for their small office. You will be handling purchase orders, and acting as a representative for any enquiries from customers, and reporting back to manager.

Business level of fluency in both English and Czech is required.

TYPE: Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS: 8:30–17:00 from Monday to Friday (flexible hours may be negotiated)

SALARY: 35000CZK/m level depending on experience, plus good benefits

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Praha, Czech Republic

RESPONSIBILITIES

・Process orders and FC, input into database

・Prepare PRR/orders to suppliers, discuss schedules (both suppliers and customers)

・Input supplier invoice into database, provide info about commodity codes to forwarder

・Prepare declaration for government if necessary

・Review stock-in goods in database based on warehouse report

・Arrange deliveries to customers

・Issue sales invoice

・Chase overdue invoices

・Maintain and manage stock levels (deadstock)

・Provide support to accounts during closing month

・Discuss with forwarders if any issues occur

・Prepare shipment volume report for suppliers in Japan

・Prepare forecast for suppliers in Japan

・Participate during stock take and solve discrepancies

・Prepare stock take report

・Prepare quotation for customers

・Download schedule from customer’s website

・Register quotations and data into customer’s website

・Create monthly profit and inventory report

REQUESTED SKILL

・Understanding of Japanese culture and language would be a big plus

・Good communication skills

・Be enthusiastic about giving good customer care

・Fluent in English and Czech

・Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
